The price for the document preparation is $150. No money is paid until the documents are delivered.
If you lack the financial resources needed to pay the filing fees and court costs, you may be eligible for a poor person status. This waives the filing fees and court costs.
At the present time, we cannot assist with uncontested divorce matters where marital property is involved.
